Butcombe Group recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025
We are really proud to announce that we have been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, a prestigious accolade celebrating exceptional workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and forward-thinking leadership.
The award honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers and highlights the best workplaces in the hospitality sector. To qualify we had to score well across six different areas of the business. These were;
– How we reward and recognise our team,
– Instilling Pride,
– Information Sharing,
– Empowering our teams
– The wellbeing of our team members
– Job Satisfaction
Our strategy has continually focussed on our most important asset – our people. All our colleagues are as individual as our pubs with no two being the same and we continue to invest in training and development for all colleagues, ranging from wine champions to apprenticeships, and our very own internal learning management system.
