Butcombe Original wins Gold and named one of CAMRA’s Champion Beer of Britain finalists

Butcombe Original has been named as one of CAMRA’s Champion Beer of Britain finalists having been awarded Gold in the Session Bitter category.

The Champion Beer of Britain showcases the best cask beer in the UK. The beers are entered by CAMRA members and a volunteer tasting panel and judge via a ‘blind’ tasting, so a totally independent competition.

Original will now be entered into the battle with 11 other beers to be crowned Champion Beer of Britain 2025 – fingers crossed!
